By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products sold on TRC Clothing are made to order through our print-on-demand production process. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and printing processes. We make every effort to accurately represent our products.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of purchase will be honored for that transaction.

4. Orders

By placing an order you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, shipping address, and payment details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is complete.

5. Payment

We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. TRC Clothing does not store your payment information.

6. Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and other international destinations. Shipping times vary by location:

• United States: 5-10 business days
• Canada: 7-14 business days
• International: 10-21 business days

Free shipping is available on all US and Canada orders. International shipping rates apply to all other destinations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. TRC Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Ordered the wrong size
• Changed your mind
• Found a lower price elsewhere

However we will replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent
• The print quality does not meet our standards

To request a replacement or refund please contact us at support@trcgear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on trcgear.com are the property of TRC Clothing and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission. Our designs are original and created exclusively for TRC Clothing.

10. Limitation of Liability

TRC Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

11. Privacy
